Big Weekend ... letter of appreciation from the Secretary

Well, what can I say .....

What an awesome effort from all who helped with the Big Weekend. Saturday was a bit of a shock and awe as we had a lot of people on a hot day and we were finding our feet. I don't think we had the set up right, but we still pulled off a well appreciated day (according to the feedback forms). But we climbed that vertical learning curve and re-jigged format today and I think we were more effective especially considering the poorer weather and fewer people. I'm sure we will get more people joining us on our regular shoots, and also on an intermittent basis.

Finally I have never seen the Burgundian Pavilion dropped and packed so quickly. You were awesome, and are you available in Wigan next weekend?

Once again, awesome and rewarding weekend. We have raised the profile of archery in general and the Club specifically. Well done, have a well earned rest ..... because we are back shooting at KLASSIC tomorrow night!
